"And, you know, the thing about Evil Twitch... he's got lifeless eyes. Black eyes. Like a doll's eyes. When he comes at ya, doesn't seem to be living... until he bites ya, and those blank eyes roll over white and then... ah then you hear that terrible high-pitched screamin'."
I'll never put on a police uniform again.

So, lots of small changes this time around, along with the new comic! The middle panel was a tricky experiment, since I had to come up with a way to convey a bunch of stuff happening over a period of time, instead of one simple scene.

Look up above the comic in the navigation bar and you'll see two new links. "Movie Reviews" goes to my year-old movie review blog, where my web comic cast help me comment on the various weird crap I watch on TV. "Cast of Characters" is also new, a link to a full description of the various KFP comic characters and their backstory. I love CoC's and always feel lost when I arrive in a web comic without one, so this has been overdue.

Great dialogue, I'm enjoying your comic!!! Keep pushing and experimenting with your layouts.

Thanks! About the layouts, it's a challenge sometimes not to fancy them up more, but I keep telling myself it's supposed to be a very simple and straightforward strip, not an artistic experiment. I'm still trying to find the balance between lots of detail and FX while keeping the art 'Peanuts'-esque simple.

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed. I still consider it very much an early work in progress, though - I hope it will improve dramatically with a little time and practice.

Thanks very much! The latest installment should be on the way shortly, once I figure out how to draw a convincing mushroom cloud in pen & ink...

I know this is from May but still thought I'd post appreciation since I'm just catching up. Very clever writing - keeps getting better. And that experimental panel is fantastic. Chewing on the caption and the sinister "Twitch Grinch that burned Whoville." Ok that's my imagination on the latter.

I suspect my comic may have a strong dose of Seuss running through it... That and Chuck Jones. Glad you liked the Evil Twitch gnawing on the caption panel. Geez, that was hard to do with the software, though. That was a classic example of something I could draw in five minutes by hand, but which took about an hour to figure out how to accomplish in the program, to get the raster Twitch and the vector panel to line up together right.
