And that finishes up Christopher's Story. I realize it wasn't much of a "story", per se, but I wanted to do a few quiet, character-oriented strips to help provide some more personality for Christopher and George. George will be up next when "George's Story" kicks off with what Christmas is like in the George & Twitch household (Warning - It isn't pretty). Beyond that, things will get weird again with the arrival of Future Kid and some very wibbly wobbly blurrings of the line between late night horror movies and life in Middleton.

Oh, and I'm happy to say I've picked up another few subscribers this week! Once I hit my first 50 subscribers landmark, I'm thinking of doing some random art giveaways to my early subscribers, if anyone is interested in such stuff.

Oh, and ... white dialog balloons? Yay or nay? Anyone care either way between traditional white and the parchment tan I've been using the last few strips?

You fit in where you fit in!

I hate to admit it, but I didn't notice there was a difference in the color of the speech bubbles.
Of course my visual acuity isn't what it used to be...

I vote "yay" for the white balloons. I'm also interested in what Jack Pierce used.

They didn't have silicone facial appliances then, so he had to build up his prosthetics using cotton, collodian, and spirit gum. Apparently it was a mess and fairly painful at times.

Also, the Wolfman was done with yak hair.

Happy to see your creativitiy continues. If you have a mind to end the story again just say you're taking a hiatus then you're bound to post another half dozen strips. :) I also vote for these balloons.

OK, I'll stick with white balloons then. And yeah, it's pretty ridiculous to be more productive during my hiatus than normally. Mixed feelings.. I like the more technically polished digital art of the previous comics, but I feel much more able to be creative and run with story ideas with these cruder analog renditions.

Yup, white balloons fit pretty well, I agree.

Very glad you are going to keep going with the comic =D
